Getting started
What exactly is Doosra Box?
A workspace that lives online. It opens in any browser, comes with a built-in browser, files, and an apps panel, plus Claude as an assistant that can actually do the work — research, write, fill forms, book travel, run errands. Open it from your laptop, your phone, or a borrowed tablet.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Just sign up at app.doosrabox.com and open the workspace. It runs in any modern browser. Mac, Windows, iPad, Android — wherever you are.
What's the difference between Ask, Code, and Cowork modes?
Ask — Claude researches and answers, doesn't touch your files. Code — Claude can draft and edit files (documents, spreadsheets, drafts). Cowork — Claude takes the wheel for the whole task: opens the browser, researches, writes, sends. Switch modes anytime.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. Phone-friendly chat, plus a sideways landscape view that gives you the full workspace on a small screen. Most things you'd do at a desk, you can also do on the train.
What can I actually do with it?
Can I share my team's subscriptions?
Yes. The encrypted vault lets you store API keys, logins, and notes once and grant the whole team's chats + routines access. Claude can pull a credential when it needs to log into a service, without ever echoing the value back into chat. Every reveal is logged so you can audit who used what when.
Can I schedule things to run while I sleep?
Yes. Open the Routines panel, give Claude a prompt and a schedule (every hour / daily at 9am / Mon–Fri / custom cron), and it fires unattended. Optional fresh-worktree mode keeps concurrent runs from stomping each other. Each run records its output and any errors. No limit on how many you queue up — wake up to a folder full of results.
Can I have separate projects with different settings?
Yes. Each Project carries its own custom instructions, default model, attached repos, scoped secrets, and task list. New chats inherit those — so your "personal" project can default to Haiku and skip the formal tone, while your "client work" project pins Sonnet 4.5 and "always end with next steps." Switching the project picker switches the entire context.
Where do tasks live?
In the Tasks panel — both you and Claude can read and write the list. Drop a "research X" todo on Monday and a Friday-morning routine that calls the tasks_list tool can pick it up, work on it, and mark it done. Tasks are project-scoped or tenant-wide.
Can I download large files remotely?
Yes. Start a download in your workspace, close your laptop, fly across the country. The download keeps going. Open the workspace later and the file is waiting.
Can I co-drive a session with a teammate?
Yes. Share a session link and a teammate joins live — you both see each other's cursors and edits, and you can chat with Claude together. Great for handing off in-progress work or pairing on something tricky.
Privacy & security
Can other users see my files?
No. Each account is private. Strong isolation between users — your files stay yours, full stop.
Do you train AI on my work?
No. We don't train models on your work. The only third party that sees what you ask is Anthropic — they're the company that makes Claude, and they need your questions to answer them. Nothing else leaves the workspace.
Where is my data stored?
In Frankfurt (EU) by default, with Mumbai (IN) coming soon. Your data stays in the region you picked. Enterprise customers can pin to dedicated infrastructure.
Can I export my files?
Yes. Download any file from the Files panel. For bulk exports, email support and we'll send everything as a single archive.
Billing
What does ₹1,499 vs ₹2,499 actually get me?
Starter (₹1,499/month) is 2 seats and 8 GB of storage. Team (₹2,499/month) is 4 seats and 25 GB; you also get shareable live sessions, team presence indicators, and 24-hour priority support. Both prices are flat — no per-seat multiplication. See the pricing page for the full comparison.
How do I pay?
Card, UPI, or netbanking — all through Razorpay. Every plan is charged in INR; the USD figures on the pricing page are guides for international visitors. Your card's bank handles the FX conversion automatically. You'll get an email invoice for every charge.
When does my workspace go live?
The moment Razorpay confirms your first charge. Typical signup-to-ready is under ninety seconds.
Refunds?
Yes, within 7 days of your first payment, no questions asked. Email hello@doosrabox.com.
Reliability & support
What's your uptime?
We target 99.9% on Starter and Team as a best-effort goal. Enterprise plans get a contractual uptime guarantee with credits for downtime. Status page at status.doosrabox.com (live soon).
What if I lose internet mid-session?
Your workspace keeps running on our servers. When you reconnect, everything is still there exactly where you left it — Claude picks up wherever it left off.
How do I get help?
