Pricing questions.

What currency are you charging me in?

All plans are charged in INR via Razorpay. The USD figure beside each price is a rough guide — your card's bank handles the FX conversion. Indian customers pay in rupees directly; international customers see an INR charge that converts to their local currency on the statement.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cards, UPI, and netbanking via Razorpay — works worldwide. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice with net-30 or net-60 terms.

When does my Box go live?

The moment Razorpay confirms the first charge. Most signups are paying customers within ninety seconds.

What if I need a fifth seat?

Upgrade to Enterprise — pricing is flexible and we can spec the right number of seats, storage, and a dedicated region for your team. Email sales@doosrabox.com.

Is there an annual discount?

Yes — Team plans get 2 months free when you pay annually. Enterprise pricing is flexible; we'll work with your procurement.

Do you offer a discount for students, non-profits, or open source?

Yes. Email hello@doosrabox.com with proof and we'll set you up with a free seat or a steep discount.

What happens if I cancel?

You keep access until the end of your billing period. After that, your workspace is paused (data preserved) for 30 days. Re-subscribe and pick up exactly where you left off, or download your files from the Files panel any time before that.
