1. The service
"Doosra Box" (the Service) is a hosted online workspace accessible via your browser, with Anthropic Claude integrated for AI-assisted work. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own work or your organization's work, subject to these Terms.
2. Your account
- You're responsible for keeping your credentials safe. Sharing your password is bad practice — invite teammates as seats instead.
- You must be 18+ (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) and capable of entering a contract.
- You won't impersonate someone else or create accounts using addresses you don't own.
3. Acceptable use
Don't use the Service for:
- Anything illegal in your jurisdiction or in the EU/India (where compute lives).
- Generating, hosting, or distributing CSAM, malware, or content that violates third-party rights.
- Abuse of third-party services from inside the workspace (e.g. mass-account creation, ToS-violating scraping at scale).
- Activity that violates Anthropic's Acceptable Use Policy — your prompts go to Claude, so their AUP applies on top of ours.
- Resale or redistribution of the Service without a written agreement.
We reserve the right to suspend any account engaged in abusive behavior. We'll always email the account owner first if there's a path to remediate.
4. Subscription & billing
- Plans are billed monthly (or annually) per the prices on our pricing page. Per-seat plans pro-rate when seats are added or removed.
- Card, UPI, and netbanking payments are processed by Razorpay. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice — net-30 or net-60.
- Subscription begins the moment the first charge succeeds. Workspaces are not provisioned until then.
- Cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Access continues to the end of the paid period; we don't refund the remainder of an in-progress month except under our 7-day refund policy below.
- 7-day refund: if you cancel within 7 days of your first payment, email hello@doosrabox.com and we'll refund in full.
- If a renewal charge fails we retry over a few days. After repeated failures the workspace is paused (data preserved for 30 days, after which it may be deleted unless you've contacted us).
5. Your data
You own everything you create or upload. We store it to provide the Service and don't use it to train AI. Specifics live in our Privacy policy. You can export or delete your data at any time.
6. Service availability
We target 99.9% uptime across all plans, best-effort. Enterprise customers receive a contractual SLA with credits as documented in the order form. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties beyond what's in your plan.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages (lost profits, lost data due to your action, etc.).
8. Termination
You can terminate your account anytime by canceling your subscription and (optionally) requesting deletion. We can terminate for material breach of these Terms with notice and a chance to remediate, or immediately for severe abuse. Upon termination your paid access ends; data is retained per the privacy policy.
9. Changes to these terms
When we materially change these Terms we email everyone with an active account at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use after the effective date counts as acceptance.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes go to the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka — without prejudice to any consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
