Common questions.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The 14-day trial is free and no card is required. We only ask for billing details if you decide to keep going.
What can Claude actually do inside my Box?
Anything you can do at a terminal: write and run code, drive Chrome to look something up, edit files, run a build, push to GitHub. Three modes — Ask (read-only research), Code (edits files), Cowork (full end-to-end).
Is my data isolated from other customers?
Yes. Every account gets its own Linux user; files are scoped at the OS level (DAC), not just in JavaScript. Bringing per-tenant LXD containers online for the next tier of isolation is on the near-term roadmap.
Can I bring my own Anthropic API key?
Currently we use a shared OAuth token attached to your account. Bring-your-own-key is on the Enterprise tier and we're working on opening it up to all tiers.
What about uptime / SLA?
The Starter and Team plans target 99.9% uptime as a best-effort goal. Enterprise plans get a contractual SLA with credits for downtime.
