Common questions.
How is this different from ChatGPT or Claude.ai?
Those are chat windows. Every conversation starts from scratch — no permanent home, no apps, no files between visits. Doosra Box is a workspace. Your projects, your files, your shortcuts, your scheduled routines, your private vault — all of it stays. Chat is one way to use it. Opening a folder is another.
What can the assistant do for me?
Anything you'd ask a sharp assistant — research, write, plan, fill forms, summarize documents, edit code, open pull requests, book travel. Three modes: Ask (research and answers), Code (drafts and edits files for you), Cowork (handles whole tasks end-to-end).
Can I schedule things to run while I sleep?
Yes — open the Routines panel, write what you want done and when (every hour / daily at 9am / Mon–Fri / a specific date), and it runs by itself. Each run keeps a log so you can review what happened. No limit on how many you queue up.
Can I share access with my team?
Yes — up to 4 teammates per workspace on the Team plan. Watch each other's sessions live, leave notes, share the same files. Save credentials once and the whole team's chats and routines can use them — without anyone seeing the actual values.
How do I pay?
Card, UPI, or netbanking through Razorpay. Pricing starts at ₹1,499/month (~$18 USD) for 2 seats. All plans are charged in INR; international cards convert at your bank's rate. Invoices emailed for every renewal.
Is my data private?
Yes. Each workspace is private and isolated — other customers can't see your files. We don't train AI on your work, and the only third party that sees what you ask is the model provider (they need the questions to answer them).
Can I keep different work separate?
Yes — create a Project for each line of work. Each one has its own instructions, default assistant model, folders, credentials, and to-do list. New chats inherit the settings, so your "client A" voice and "personal" voice don't bleed into each other.
What about uptime?
We target 99.9% on Starter and Team as a best-effort goal. Enterprise plans get a contractual uptime SLA with credits for downtime.
